DR. JILL PRUETT

From a young age, Dr. Pruett knew she would be a "Cat Doctor." Growing up in Oklahoma, her house was always filled with cats, and it wasn't out of the ordinary for the family to come home and find a neighbor with a stray cat waiting for them. As a child, she would spend hours with the cats, watching their behaviors and health concerns, trying to learn more about the animals who fascinated her. In veterinary school, Dr. Pruett supplemented her studies with feline research in London, and the exotic big cats in Africa. In 2003, Dr. Pruett graduated among the top of her class from the Oklahoma State University School of Veterinary Medicine, having won national awards for her veterinary research as well as having her research published in a national veterinary journal.

Following graduation, Dr. Pruett, took a job at a feline-only clinic in New Jersey. A short time later, an opportunity opened up at a busy feline-only clinic north of Metro Atlanta. Dr. Pruett spent four years as the primary veterinarian, gaining a reputation for being thorough, detail-oriented and listening to the concerns of her clients. It was here where she also cemented her skills as a top-notch surgeon with her innate understanding of the feline system. As a result, she gained the trust and loyalty of many cat owners, some of whom would drive from neighboring states to for her expertise.

In January 2008, Dr. Pruett opened The Cat Clinic of North Georgia, the first feline clinic in Forsyth County. The goal of the clinic is to provide the highest quality treatment for cats, with an emphasis on quality over quantity. No problem is too trivial and no concern will be overlooked. Dr. Pruett lives in Roswell with her children, cats, dog, turtle and fish.

JENNIFER FAHEY

Jennifer is Dr. Pruett's head technician, and the person you and your cat will first see when you come to the Cat Clinic. Jennifer's job is to assess your cat and listen to your concerns. She'll likely ask you a ton of questions, but rest assured, it's not a test to see if you're a good cat owner, but rather the best way for us to understand what's going on with your cat.

Jennifer has a unique ability to handle cats, even ones that have been labeled as fractious or difficult. She worked for many years at a busy feline-only clinic in Roswell as a vet tech and eventually became that clinic's senior technician. Jennifer was Dr. Pruett's first choice when it came to selecting a clinic tech to work closely with her. Jennifer has an excellent understanding of cat health and behavior. As a cat owner, she has gone through many of the traumatic situations which a cat owner may find themselves facing, and is always willing to help an owner through a trying situation.

ALLY HAYWORTH

When you call our clinic, Ally is the person you're likely to talk to, whether it's to make an appointment, refill a prescription or to ask a question. Ally has had cats in her life since she was four. She graduated from Auburn with a BS in Zoology, and then from Mercer University with an MBA in Management. Following stints in bank collections and in operating room management, her love of cats lead her to a career working with the loveable felines. She spent eight years at the Cat Clinic of Roswell, working as a receptionist, vet assistant and eventually as the clinic's business manager.

Ally has also worked closely with Dr. Pruett, and jumped at the chance to work with her again at the Cat Clinic of North Georgia. She lives in Roswell with her husband Justin, their two kids Jordan and Kyleigh, and their menagerie of cats and dogs.

LIESL DANO

Liesl is the person you are most likely to miss if you come to the clinic. That's because she's doing alot of other stuff: running errands, doing laundry, cleaning, creating clinic PR, playing foster Mom to all the clinic cats. She has a knack for photography and it isn't unusual to see her lying on the floor taking pictures of cats.

Liesl wants everyone to know that Jello (now called Cobby), the sickly kitten taken in last year and seen in pictures on this website, is doing fine and has not needed surgery for his liver or his wobbly knees. TLC can sometimes be the best remedy. He's got a hanging belly and loves to eat. But he is still cute as a button and wakes his momma up every day by licking her nose.
