When you adopt a cat from the Cat Clinic of North Georgia, you can be assured that each has been cared for and treated with the utmost compassion. All have been examined by Dr. Pruett, treated indivually and will be vaccinated before going home.
Please note that kittens adopted through CCNG must have a companion! Kittens generally do better when they have another kitten to grow up with. Plus, a pair of kittens are more likely to keep themselves entertained when left in the house alone. If you would like to visit with the cats we have up for adoption, feel free to drop by during normal business hours. If you need more information about our adoption policies, please call or ask to speak with Jennifer. Fluffy (pictured left) is a beautiful long haired calico who was rescued by a neighbor after Fluffy's owners had moved and left her abandoned in their garage. Fluffy was taken in and cared for by Good Mews, but having been an only cat, she didn't take well to living in the main shelter with dozens and dozens of other cats. Fluffy was content to spend most of her time in an isolation/special needs room at the shelter. In February, she made the big move to The Cat Clinic of North Georgia where she enjoys a quiet life strolling around the clinic, balancing on the back of Dr. Pruett's chair or perched on a counter. Fluffy would make a wonderful lap cat and do well in a quiet household without children as she tends to hide when there are a lot of people around. Ideally, she would be an only cat, or in a home with one other cat who is ok allowing Fluffy to be Queen Kitty. Fluffy is up-to-date on all of her vaccines. Her approximate age is two and-a-half. If you would like to adopt Fluffy or would like to drop in and get to know her, please call our office and speak with Jennifer, or send her an e-mail.

DONATE TO THE CAT CLINIC OF NORTH GEORGIA RESCUE FUND. The CCNG Rescue Cat Fund was set up to be able to provide medical help to sick and abandoned cats. Where financially permitted, the Rescue Fund also occasionally fosters on a temporary basis, last-chance cats who might otherwise be euthanized from area animal shelters.
